Doug is Vice Dean, Graduate School of Education, Academic Director, Wharton Executive Education, & Senior Policy Fellow, Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania. Doug currently focuses on innovation & entrepreneurship, leadership, and work-based learning. He has testified before Congress and the UN, chairs the US delegation to ISO 232, and sits on the Board of Visitors for the CIA. His programs have won numerous awards including a Commerce Presidential E-award for innovation.
