Since 1997, Jason Scott has worked for Prestwick House, a publisher and bookseller of educational materials, initially as the Operations Manager and currently as the CEO.  In 2009, Jason, along with Dr. Patricia Buhler, co-authored The Employee Satisfaction Revolution: Understanding and Unleashing the Power of a Satisfied Workforce, a book based on his experience building Prestwick House from a four person start-up company to an industry leader, recognized by "Book Business Magazine" as one of the ten best American publishing companies to work for in 2007, 2008, and 2009.  Prior to joining Prestwick House, he worked for the National Endowment for the Arts in the Literature and Opera/Musical Theater Programs.

Jason lives in Middletown, Delaware, where he served as the Treasurer for his neighborhood homeowners association from 2003 until 2005.  Jason and his wife Melissa are Co-Founders of "Pint to Pint" (www.pinttopint.org), a charity that raises money for research into the causes of Juvenile Dermatomyositis.
